Good approach but not mature

The camera together with housing make a good impression.
The recording quality in HD 1080p is ok. The colors are realistic.
The operating concept I find very good, almost intuitively
Photos are useless.
The accessories are also good.
The operating instructions are kept in microprinting. Magnifier zoom to 200%.
The remote is in my view a local operation, the (distance may be no greater than 1 m and must be pointed directly at the target) and only occasionally works. No feedback for so-called remote control that recording is in progress. So useless. On the remote control, there is no charging port. The case seems totally closed. Disposable items?
Information: Battery charging time: 4 hours Battery life: 7 hours Standby only in conjunction with a functioning remote control useful. Otherwise I get better from the bike and turn it on sliding switch ON / OFF. The battery life is then about a whole day or more.
The measured from me battery power with continuous capture is approximately 140 min. A decent value.
I returned the camera because no remote unusable for me.
