good, Balance Trainer

I find the gyro very good. Soon after his arrival two weeks ago, I have already made it myself. Although no guidance was there, but I have similar (more professional) centrifugal already used in physiotherapy, and therefore knew what it takes. He is not so high and not so hard, but I'm finally a beginner because this gyro is perfect for me. My physiotherapist also found him well! I took him with her, so she could get an idea, which I train every day now :-) The knobs on the ground I find particularly good! As the toes have something to grab. I use the gyro only in stockings or even better barefoot, never with shoes! Whether my balance has improved, I can say bad because I train in the kitchen, the worktop close at hand, but I can also forward to it for a while without holding me! So has :-) have done something within two weeks I have been training diligently!
The delivery arrived very quickly, and the packaging was also flawless! If I had bought the top in business, he would have been just as packed. This is absolutely sufficient, what to do great even on such a device is that it needs a larger carton.
