The whiteboard does a good and solid impression, I would have gladly used. Unfortunately, this same twice came with a kink that I complaining. In the first case, a new whiteboard was directly sent out. When this again showed a sharp bend, the more compensation was denied and the amount refunded without my consent. While I was still beating the shipping via UPS example before, this was, however, denied that this was too expensive. I was asked by the seller, if I want to dispose of the whiteboard, or they should be picked. Since I had ordered whiteboards in 200x100cm, I asked for pickup. Multiple - in vain. Here is saved here to the packaging and delivery service GLS as apparently works unreliable. I then (also available at Amazon) ordered another whiteboard, this came in a robust packaging made of wood and was delivered by UPS. Conclusion: Good product, but is inadequately packed and shipping savings. So order only in small quantities, or simply hope it goes well.
