It is complementary to advanced techniques, is closer to the "core transformation" of which it is in my opinion a natural evolution.
This is no longer the pineal gland which is subject to significant concentration, but the heart, (that said energy treatments were always made with the heart).
The energy scan if still slightly hereby amended feet to head to head and thrust arms. That said, the size takes heart in connecting with a ball of energy visulaisée to his heart, or in the interaction with people.
I would suggest anyway to keep the energy scan and breaths well described in the previous book bases technques (while they are briefly explained in this book).
What we find really new is the move towards empathy, the core connection of living organisms.
That said though I think it's a natural éolution for those who had not practiced for themselves forward: the heart chakra is key, so I think it is not as revolutionary as the presentation " American "might think.
Much of the book is devoted to anatomy and organs that can malfunction. The illustrations are in black and white, a good single atlas anatamie such as Martin Vigué perfectly complement the designs ...
Then the ball of energy displayed in front of you is not either so distant da felt the energy ball into the hands (in previous ovrages).
Forgotten super-charging (technqes said advances in French) chkras of reversals of top and bottom, U-Nan, and songs by singing or potencies and voice (yet very powerful and energy) ...
In conclusion, when I read this book, I see a natural part of evolution, knowing that in my opinion there are spots or techniques that deserve to be developed more, like meditation (here different from mediation of 12 colors QT) and the letting go, the chakras connecting dimension managing energy flows between them, cleansing and energizing the chakras (retaining the équilbre), deep effect felt by management mirror (without "absorption" provided), the energy scan ... I cite only a few techniques used in magnetism and which in my opinion are missing in the QT. It's also much practical affair.
The development of care by love is not new at all, is to bring the work of Esaru Emoto on water, given that the definition of love is still quite personal and goes beyond the heart (even if the heart is an essential dimension, this is far from the only, acceptance, letting go, and the ego ... are still in the spectrum).
That said, I recommend this book to anyone as this work is interesting and easily and does not fall as much in bed for a hagiography of the QT technique.
