Pros:
- Manual level controls to a rotary potentiometer on the device. This way you can also take advantage of the full acoustic dynamics of the tapes without being too soft or moldy. So ists also suitable for classical music.
- Scary solid structure. While Another Amazoner reported his tape machine had geleiert, I can not confirm that but. Even stiff old cassettes run lyre freely with me.
- Very good anti-jamming! I had a USB-powered Digitizer was heard when a mobile phone (IN THE HOUSE !!!) rang. This unit has its own power cord and holds the EM interference out clean.
- A classic counter
- To use Chrome key to the dynamic benefits of Chrome cassettes also.
- Record level meter level
- Audacity is a very excellent program, great to use and is constantly evolving.
Cons:
- The record-level level meter is actually superfluous. The computer software is much more accurate. Man takes a picture, looking WOS overrides and readjusts. Then one makes his final take.
- No proprietary software of auvisio -What also not disturbing because the device is in principle as a "USB audio recording device" runs and cooperates with any program. auvisio recommends "Audacity" a free software which also very good runs under all Windows distros.
- The manual level setting is a little bit inaccurate. I would like a soft, especially in the middle region running Poti.
- No Dolby prefix. The device will probably even out whether the record with the Dolby B / C / S took place. Can I hardly imagine ... but it funzt.
- Precise Cardinal device ists but anyway not built to take away.
