Good but disappointing service product

The case integrates well with the tablet, it is light, automatically closing the screen saver. It's good practice and quality / price ratio, we have to say it's a good product. But their service is much to improve. I received the case with the metal part striped well as a used product. I contacted the seller by sending their pictures and you had to wait four days for an answer. And then promised to send me a replacement, but the past two weeks, I still received nothing. I gave up waiting send them. The product is not bad but I am very disappointed with their service.
