My baby 12 months loved this toy the first month, he got tired afterwards. He is now 22 months and do not play it long ago. The big downside is that it does not fit all strollers: on mine, the tether is too short to attach stably so it glides off, remove all the 100 meters . Ditto for a friend who has a different stroller. So poorly designed in that direction. Another defect: it lights up too easily: by car to the stroller in the trunk at the slightest turn, it starts without one to quench say remotely, so my husband could not stand in the long. ;-)
