Good but misstatement - real are max. 7770mA / h on USB bus!

Basically well. One must however be bewust the given 15000mA / h are not real, because these refer only to the battery (with a voltage of 3.7V).
Real are on USB bus but 5V and the capacity is thus reduced to eigenlich ideal usable 11100mA / h. Considering man now even the efficiency and heat losses (to be specified in the manual with very good relative 30%) you get real at room temperature and ideal conditions 7770mA / h out. In some older batteries or even at temperatures below room temperature, this is still half as large again.
So real returns of battery 7770mA / h on the USB bus. (Ie about 1 iPad 2 or iPhone charges charge)
Despite the very peculiar duties of the available energy is a good device. (2 star deduction for deceptive information)

Addendum: Meanwhile, I have measured the unit: At 2A USB port, the device delivers only 1,48A and the 1A port only 0,82A. The capacity with respect to 5V USB port could be determined at room temperature (at 1.5A charging current continuous operation) with 7145mAh. So a little less than the calculated values.
