For Stripax speaks:
- Fits comfortably in your hand
- Is very well made
- Adjustment (but with very little effect mE)
- Comes with electronic ribbon cables clear
- You can set whether the insulation is to be completely withdrawn or only slightly and remains on the ladder (can be helpful in strands so that unraveled not equal)
For Knipex speaks
- Lighter
- Considerably lighter with thicker cables actuator
- Has made it easier with very thin cables (corresponds to the description)
- Less distinct impression in the insulation
Ultimately, do both tongs their service far better than cheap versions as long as one does not approach the edge regions of their specifications.
Had the Stripax somewhat smoother or could Knipex ribbon cable stripping neatly, the decision would be much easier ...
