Good DYMO but false bargain

After correcting the title of the offer, that the ribbons are included 9 and 12 and not 12 mm and 19 mm (LabelManager PnP does not take 19 mm) and encountered a small problem installation under Windows 7 (a Google search helped to quickly find the solution), the product proves interesting.
Compared to a DYMO classic, graphics capabilities are broader, since you can even print images.
Both tapes are provided with a yellow plastic tape black writing 9 mm wide, and a white plastic tape with black writing 12mm max width.
The integrated software is basic. However a button in the software of the menu bar allows you to go download Dymo Label v8.5, more complete.
For cons, I will have to explain why this normally costs 80 while the printer is available and both tapes cost 30 both at the normal price. I took advantage of a promotional price, but I would not have paid 80.

Update 9/12: the product has been modified and statement clearly indicates ribbons 9 and 12 mm and not 19 and 12 mm. Amazon thank you. But again, this is a false bargain, since normally the labeller is FREE !!
