This device that can be worn on a belt is easy to use thanks to its large, clear screen and its many preset programs. I have, for my part, not used the option to manually set programs (frequency, duration ...) are largely satisfied with the preset programs. The programs are divided into three categories: TENS (7 predefined programs to treat pain such as acute pain, sciatica, lumbago, periarthritis ...) MASSAGE (10 preset programs such qu'élimination muscle tension, relaxing, heating .. ) and EMS (27 preset programs such as heaters, resistance, maximum or explosive strength, building muscle or lipolysis to name a few). The four electrodes (self-adhesive) are easy to place two by two in one of the following schemes 28 and provided with the help (to the back) of an ice ... After fifteen days of use, I am fully satisfied and I recommend ... I also use a belt-type apparatus which has the advantage of placing "automatically" the electrodes in the back (pain) or stomach (abdominal belt) but the fact of having independent electrodes allows placing exactly where you want, even if it requires initially a little workout.
