Delivery on Amazon as always well and relatively quickly (this 5 Stars)
1 star is available for the design and processing
2 more stars for the price opposing already excellent image
A star deduction for the station sorting and another trigger for slow response times.
The TV has a really good picture already in the basic setting, the black level is mediocre, but also not bad.
You can adjust the picture something and then you have a very nice contrast and sharp image. Even when viewing the image from different angles, the image is still excellent. 3D is class and the passive technique in my opinion the best option. (Lightweight glasses - better for the eyes, less stressful, no flickering in ambient light, etc.) The picture probably has less resolution than in the active variant, but what you just should identify with eagle eyes. I think it's detailed, sharp crack, brilliant and ghostingfrei. The processing of the device is high-quality, aluminum frame with stainless steel look, stable foot, elegant design.
The dam ... eidene station sorting I already knew already from my LA7408. Here they had but about the Hotel mode save the channel list and can edit with Chansort. Ergo unwanted transmitter can safely delete.
This can be the quasi even with the LB650V had to first figure out yourself, but it takes no more the hotel mode, but how to know if a can not even say the tel. Customer of LG?!?
About hours of googling then came the crucial clue. Because I always thought you had to save over the Hotelmod, I was only ever just go there.
It stores the Channel list to Settings, then quickly, from there to the transmitter and then copy it to the transmitter, save USB pure and ready. Then edit the TLL file Chansort, stations to where you want. Unfortunately, no longer the unwanted transmitters can just delete that one must quasi hintendran leave (why is beyond me, but that is unfortunately only at LG so) The sorted channel list then back to the TV, then the station manager the unwanted stations Activate skip and then no longer come this when switching as well. Why the court has still not understood, after all the complaints in the network to make a neat station sorting possible is beyond me. (Important Automatic Updates is off - then everything remains as it is - do update then only manually and perform a factory reset after the update, otherwise spins the box - I already know from the LA7408, all data again play their own image Save settings or record, etc.)
The WebOS is lugubrious, I think that's what's on my LA7408 running user-friendly, but that's a matter of taste of each individual. Again, the response times, as in the program switching bit lame (despite top Internet LAN connection), but that's tolerable.
What annoyed at first was that the TV in the Internet mode (eg Amazon repair or max cathedrals) constantly in the middle of the movie simply broke off and announced that the memory is full. At first I thought it was an absurdity and a KO criterion. After an update of the TV problem occurred "so far" no longer occurs.
My Conclusion:
The TV may indeed still not directly to the LA7408 measure (eg better black level - is indeed a significant price difference), but given the price, this device is a recommendation. If LG would have done with the station sorting different here and the response times were a little better, the device would certainly get 5 Stars.
The station sorting you get a little but it is also exceptional effort now and you have it just once do (keep storage on USB or PC - should the list go once lost, for example, during an update, you can always just re-play) Image is very good to very good, as 3D. So if you get along with the settings and a 55 incher investigated with good workmanship and good performance, does nothing wrong, even not at this price.
