Good film with incorrect Synopsis

Have looked at the film, because I'm a fan of Danny Trejo. Have only upon receipt of Blu-Ray noted that the film of 2008. Was apparently only now published after the success of the Machete films here.
The first curious thing I noticed, the original title is Jake's Corner ... the German title (!!!!) From Dusk to Desert.
The second is the cover, which has absolutely nothing to do except for the background to the film (Danny Trejo with leather jacket and weapon, there is not in the movie!
The third is that on many Internet pages (as here) a false Synopsis stands.
There is written by the mad Clint likes to makes time for fights, for example! Clint (Danny Trejo) is doing in the whole movie to anybody anything, let alone a fly !!!

I liked the movie but still like, also has its funny moments.
Why aged 16 is also a mystery to me !!!!
