After I used a gaming Mate of Everglide many, many years, but of course that has deteriorated over time, it was now time for a new one.
As I play on my PC to 80% was clear that there is to be a gaming mouse pad again. And here the opinions go apart so strong. Many take the pads of Roccat Razer or that person but not suit me - so I ended up at Logitech. And since my keyboard and my mouse has come from the G-series, so I've now also the pad of the G-series brought.
Admittedly, the price is 30 euros not cheap, but an equivalent of other gaming specialists costs the same. Although I think that 20 euros would be more appropriate here. But that's my personal opinion.
Now the pad:
The surface is roughened while, but very, very lubricious when you move the mouse over it. Of course, the manufacturer writes on the packaging that the pad with the mice in the G-Series is matched and thus to reach a maximum of good cooperation between the pad and mouse ... For this I would say nothing ... Marketing halt :)
The rubber coating on the bottom is very grippy and the pad does not slip even with sudden jerky movements of his body.
The point raised by the sharp edges I can not confirm. Quite dull they are with me either, but they are now also not so hard or "sharp", it's uncomfortable if I get stuck in it.
Maybe a little tip for all: try it out, to take the pad vertically, instead cross, maybe it's better.
All in all, I can say that the pad is really good and I can not fault the quality, the processing and the function (sliding the mouse).
A star but I prefer off because of too high price in my opinion.
