Bought as an extension to my Outdoorchef Cairns gas grill me this griddle. Very good workmanship, very good heat dissipation and by the smooth side has killed two birds with one stone. Unfortunately, the logo has become very large, so that (especially on the ribbed side) the whole plate can not be used here. Therefore, "only" 4 stars.
