Unfortunately, it seems to me but as before, that the heat goes directly to the flesh, is mitigated by the cast grill. Previously had the stainless steel mesh version and the meat and the grill was hot here faster. This is due to the wider surface of the cast grill. More browning obtained the meat, but less heat.
