The drip tray can be interpreted also with aluminum foil so that the cleaning effort is here practically nil. Cable with thermostat can be removed from grill plate, so that the handling during cleaning will be easier.
Potential for improvement:
The cover tabs on the hot plate is extremely cumbersome. On the inside of the lid is a hook attached with rubber coating, which allows you to hang the lid on the hot plate. Even if you want to remove the cover for turning of the food just once, you always have to reach behind the grill.
