I did not want to feel too tight so I Took bigger one than I need. Naturally I use a thin belt to keep it on. ^ _ ^ HOWEVER, on my first wear one of the four holders just detached from the hotpants. I did not even put other pants over it or something. I was like - wth.
I repaired did myself, Which is the part I did not like about this product. I like the material and design though. So, it is mixed feelings about this purchase.
