Good initial performance, but very limited service life of USB Ports

I thought that was really super charger and it has always delivered reliable enough power for all my USB devices, however, have after 4 1/2 months unfortunately already four out of five USB ports (just the two IQ-ports and two normal ports) to abandoned ghost. The last IQ port has my phone only charged shortly before slowly and a day later he no longer walked.
There are no wobbles and I have the USB cable (Anchor Premium Micro-USB cable) always left off. They were also not claimed kinked or sharply. They lay incl. The anchor charger always on my table. Therefore, I now do not know how the ports should give up the ghost ..
I find a great pity because the issue by the manufacturer many forums is known to have long. I have nevertheless decided to buy because I assumed I would get an upgraded version after such a long time with my purchase.
Let's see, maybe anchor responded yes on my recession and replaced my charger by an improved version .. if not, I will unfortunately have to leave this review so.
1/5 stars because after 4 1/2 months only one work of five ports.

edit: The anchor customer service has reported very quickly after my recession and leave after a short email conversation send me a replacement power supply. The AC adapter works perfectly so far.
