Good lamp with flaws

The lamp makes a high impression firstonce superficial and has an interesting, technical appearance. Very good is the simultaneous illumination of the near and far field. Overall it was a good lamp, unless the switch ring for the lighting levels were so rickety and wobbly. This condition interferes in my opinion, the overall impression. As you turn the control ring brings moreover a scratchy sound forth, as if he would slide on sand. The latches latches still too weak, so you have to turn the ring in use with feeling, to an unintentional skip the desired lighting level to avoid. I was able to compensate this shortcoming somewhat, as I pulled out a small, black O-ring made of a sanitary seal range on the lamp head and just pushed into the gap between switching ring and battery tube / handle. Now the switching ring no longer wobbles once and the catches seem a bit "harder".
Next, the lamp is wrong in itself. Here the thread between the lamp head and battery tube has to be not just cut. Although this does not detract from the function, but knowledge about the eye can all the more easily fall on the "arcuate" lamp.
The holster is included in delivery, makes a better impression than the lamp. It is of good quality, firm and stable.
The belt loop of the holster is secured by pushing a button and Kletti.

For this light, I would not make a whole again, here, the quality but to be desired. I'd rather pay a little more and rejoice, for example, the quality of eg "ThruNite".
