The radio is small enough to plug it in to a full-sized backpack and take can. Supplied batteries are, of course, but this was my previously aware. On the radio itself has plenty of opportunities to play something. Above you can take a normal CD, on the side there is a USB port for the USB stick and of course you can also play a normal radio. The station search when the radio is then made with a small wheel on the side of the radio, sometimes you have a little back and forth turn to find the right station, which is then transferred without interference. CD's have been with me so far all recognize and even when shaken's no dropouts. Unfortunately I have only one USB flash drive at home here, but this works. The volume is high enough even outside listening to music.
For the price you can not complain for sure!
