The machine makes a very good coffee and nice hot as it should be, but unfortunately no German instruction was delivered, also on the website was not a German manual available. Unfortunately, Amazon was not to be yet to come in any other form me a guide able neither as PDF. It would have been possible just a replacement of the whole machine. For this huge effort and poor service you get two stars deliver. In this day and age it should surely be something to send his copy or PDF, urgently needs to be times nachbessert.
