Now, the Bosch hand-held mixer is easy and runs really quietly. There is nothing to complain about. The rubber coating on the handle ensures a good grip.
The mixing bowl may seem small at first glance, but allows without any problems, the preparation of a dough for a conventional cake without the dough swells out of the bowl. In other words, for my purposes, the size is more than adequate. Other reviewers have complained that the mixer does not reach the entire dough in the bowl and dough on the edge remains unmoved. That's true to a part, however, is rather the fact that do not rotate the stirring rods like a big food processor about two axes. This mixer rotates the stirring rods as just a hand mixer usually works and although only a few millimeters remains wider spacing between stirrer and bowl, so that's enough just yet, that a certain portion of the dough remains unmoved. Here you have to help a little flat by hand.
Overall, the equipment stand with bowl is but a great relief when baking. Man running in front of him, the machine has both hands free and can then tilt alone the ingredients into the mixing bowl. By pressing a button you can open the Mixer in the Device column. Practically might be a second bowl.
Overall, I am satisfied and give 4 stars.
