We cooked on Halloween pumpkin curry over an open fire. We have some allergies among friends, so it was important for us to cook a vegan, lactose and gluten free food that tastes each. The amount of 14kg was enough for 30-35 people. It is not burnt, and although we have not stirred constantly. The next day we have for ourselves in the rest (one or two kilos) still reingeschnippelt half a kilo of chicken and leave until done on the stove, that has then also very good.

Recipe (super easy, super good)

1kg onions, peeled,
2kg potatoes, washed,
8kg pumpkin washed,

cut into bite-sized cubes and with

2l coconut milk,
1l water,
1/2 can green curry paste

in 30l goulash-kettle cook over the fire. Season with salt.

After an hour of squash and the onion was so soft that mans could eat, but the broth was still very thin. After two hours, it was really creamy and delicious and after three hours we had the remains remove from the heat, so it does not totally overcooked. #

In the description we read often that the stew pot is specially shaped with its wide opening, unlike the fish stew that the food would collect a little smoke flavor. This one, however, has only very discreet, very pleasant perceived.
