Use since about six years Canon inkjet printers and have 5450 bought the MG two weeks ago new. Since I use the printer partially professionally, I print certainly more than the ordinary home users. The print quality is good. Copier and scanner I have not yet been used. The handling has vs. example in my view. the IP4500 deteriorated (paper cassette, replace the print cartridges), but the IP4500 had no scanner. The disadvantage for me that only a relatively small paper fits into the cassette, which is not relieved by the awkwardness. Startled, I'm on the toner consumption and can compare very well with the previously used Canon's. Despite permanent use of the "quick print", in the customary manner so less toner is used up, the XL cartridges are black very quickly empty. In addition, the toner replacement indicator occurs very early. After about 100 pages of text can still be printed. A new ad for empty toner is then no longer, so you have to be careful even when the toner is then finally empty. In addition to handling this leads to a significant devaluation of two stars and has sidestepped only a hair's breadth of a star. The device would not buy again.
