This protein isolate association is not a bad idea. Indeed, the powder consists of 55% Soy isolate, 22% whey and a few percent of casein and egg proteins (1%). Since the duration of assimilation of Soy protein is longer than the Whey, one can enjoy all the same to the rapid assimilation of the latter and then benefit from the action of those of Soja. Knowing that the benefits on muscle reconstruction of Soy protein to the milk protein are clearly similar. It also appears that the absorption of a small amount of soy protein (1 dose of 25 grams of powder = 13 grams of prot. Soy) would not have a negative effect on humans. The consistency of the product is of course a bit grainy and lies between Casein (grainier) and Whey (more fluid). So it goes well. Question flavor, vanilla flavor is quite mild and the taste of soy is not feeling too. I do not like the taste of soy in soy cocoa for example, but here it goes, there is nothing disturbing. A good compromise and therefore a great value price.
