Even with a low-volume printing, such as mine, the Multipack cyan / magenta / yellow is recommended. The cartridges last a long time in an unopened condition. Therefore, it is worthwhile to take the savings in, admittedly more expensive, original cartridges.
The colors are strong and last longer on the paper without fading or artifacts. Here lubricates nothing and the edges not Franzen from. Also, the translucence is low, so you can easily use the duplex printing on plain paper with text and small / light graphics.
Since I use any photo printing on photo paper, I can not make this statement. The printing results for graphics and photos on plain paper are good.
The durability is good. The printer is more irregular needed every few days for text prints with and without graphics. I always keep a set of cartridges in stock, these are in some cases many months unused in a drawer and are longer in used condition in the printer. This was never a problem to date and so far not led to a loss of quality or failure. Generally I had with the original cartridges of Canon in all the years never had a failure / defect.
The point of the cost of original ink cartridges I clip aware of here.
It's up to you whether he uses expensive Orignaltinte or alternative ink used and their advantages and disadvantages in your portfolio.
In summary:
However, the product is of good quality, the price / performance ratio compared to alternative ink rather poor.
Nevertheless 5 stars.
