Doing a lot of sport, some muscu and especially running, I take this product as well as Maca of the same brand, and we see the difference! we feel much less fatigue, but it is not a miracle product! one also feels a lot better to be taking spirulina ... actually I find it does not smell good, but as it is swallowed, well it's not a problem!
