Good product but with big gaps

I bought this product because it is the only the price for the HD movie edition stored on the HD TNT.

major default:
no Resume the previous reading stop: therefore we must remember or we use is stopped and "go to". To remedy I create a bookmark to the place where I stop myself (a manipulation which takes about 1 minute, it is very clumsy, even superchiant: to reach the bookmark playback you must use the right arrow key left ( it is not written in the manual).
second major defect:
no split function: so if 2films succeed each program, it is necessary to 2 recordings with the risk of the end of the first at the beginning of the second if the string is late.

no cord supplied with the unit
of aeration vents located on the top (do not put anything on it)
not delete a programmed timer (at best we can shorten the 1mn)
no timers programmed list, only scrolling timers one by one

edition of clips:
removing part of a very long clip AB (prohibitive, only valid if you want to keep the video, yet, if we edited the clip with the HDVR1 it is likely not to be readable on the outside HDVR1)
supopression several parts of a 2:30 film (at the beginning + + 2pubs end): 15 minutes duration but are only 45 minutes of the film (bug?).

In conclusion: in practice when I read the film on the HDVR1, I remove the "too recorded" at the end of the clip, for pubs in the middle it is faster to use "go to" read only remove pubs by "AB edition"; on what I read on a PC or other media that I do not HDVR1 edited the clip on the HDVR1, I transferred as is, and even in this case it is not always readable with VLC or otherwise. In the end I do not regret this purchase too, because the stuff is very reliable (no crash until today), possesses a good tuner and issued a very good image in HD and SD.

Update after 3 months of use:
Nothing new except that bugs (very rare) are identified:
1) impossible to program a recording (announcement invalid program while it is valid): solution = Reset + A / M
2) crash, and the device resets itself after starting again as an A / M; appearing after a default user manipulation but not reproducible.
Inconvenient: the reinitialisation lose timers, we must reprogram.
