I just received this bulb. The bulb itself appears to conform to my expectations, but luckily my choice was not made on the descriptions "instant start" and "1s ignition time." One might think that this bulb delivers its full brightness immediately is false. Like all other compact fluorescent bulbs, there is a heating time.
