Good protection, but thick and heavy

Cover perfectly adapted to the Nexus 7, the extinction & automatic ignition tablet works great and brings a real comfort.
The plugs and buttons remain fully accessible, the 4 corners are well protected which is important in case of fall.
The maintenance is provided by the angles only, thereby clearing the surface of the screen, so easy access to view border icons, unlike many competing covers that cover part of the screen and make these difficult access.
Finally the quality of materials and finish are impeccable and the portrait mode support stability according to 2 possible inclinations.
The downside, I find this very thick, heavy cover. The only case accuses 150g on the scales, compared to 349g of bare Nexus.
It is also too rigid: The cover does not fold down completely on the back of the tablet in the open position and the locking hook is too hard for my liking.
In summary, I recommend this case for mobile use thanks to its good protection and thickness of the materials, but not in sedentary use where weight and thickness are over-sized.
