Rubber quite thick, easy to install, flexible, easy on the hand (not sticky). Strategically placed cutouts for connectors, speakers, camera and microphone, and overmolded buttons that make it easier to find the volume buttons and on / off than without protection - a good point. Overall quite satisfied with the product, the only downside would be that for those who set the nexus in the rearview mirror of the car by spring, it exerts pressure on the touch screen making it impossible to use.

The included screen protector is a bit of a chore to set without bubbles or include a dust or two, but in the case of these films in general I guess.
