Fits perfectly.
The sheath is slightly larger than the Handi and protects it well.
However, I miss the genuine leather.
Who uses a built-in compass, should think of the magnet because of distracting.
Today my Handi is dropped me. It remained intact. The sheath is damaged but still usable.
I order now the same bag again.
