I had the same version 12 "for a netbook which suited me. For my laptop (Asus U32U 13.3"), this version seemed perfect. No problems in quality or finishing by cons is very very fair to enter a 13.3 in. That strength at the corners. On the label, it is presented as compatible to 13.4 but I doubt it fits.
Take the exact measurements of your laptop before you buy.
