1) The hole for the headphone jack 3.5 is too small. Indeed, if your helmet molded tip is too thick it does not fit in. And saw that there 3mm thick and more because of the hull ... well your headset does not work for you I can not go the jack properly in the socket.
2) Same problem for USB connection. If your cable molded tip is too thick, it does not pass by and you can connect your cable. This is particularly the case of the micro USB cable "Amazon basics" ... a shame: / (; psc = 1)
