I am trying to follow a capsule-making session (3 capsules, twice daily, morning and evening). I associate this treatment with daily running sessions. I specify that it is not for me to lose weight but to dry me and reduce my body fat. The first results are satisfactory if not bluffing, which is more reassuring. I lowered my fat and 1.5% in two weeks. Of course, this is associated with a healthy diet (without being draconian). The downside, however: the size of the capsules. These are large, making quite tedious swallowed, knowing that it requires three doses. Otherwise, very good quality and healthy product.
