The only negatives would be proposing a first program "type" in addition to the grid of exercises, which to my taste is not quite complete. I personally have no worries for training in terms of knowledge, but it could be used for someone who begins.
I highly recommend it to anyone, novice or expert, who wants to work effectively, and reach different muscles. This little tool is also very useful for traveling as a military helps train from everywhere, and weighs just 1.5kg
