Good radio with meaningless and only partially functioning App

If you want a radio with Bluetooth connectivity, iPod and USB compatibility, a good sound and ludicrous many colors for the backlight, can the Sony MEX-N5000BT access safely.
The radio is mounted with some knowledge of the matter in a few minutes in the car, even the existing external microphone of my Pioneer component was fine, so I had to lay a cable.
For initial setup of the view in the Guide is recommended, fast time and a few other small items are set, the phone can be linked very comfortable and without any problems via NFC. My phone - also from Sony - has then politely asked me for permission to be allowed to install Remote app. While downloading, I quickly searched a few channels, and was able to convince me of the very good sound of the radio. The downloaded app, however, disappointed in every aspect.
Although it is possible the radio remote control via mobile phone, the equalizer can be adjusted casually on the touch screen of the mobile phone, various applications can be called up and it can between different sources (tuner, mobile phone, USB input, AUX etc.) to be changed, but what for?
Thus the passenger determines the music?
Or should it rather be the driver himself rigid permanently on his cell phone instead of keeping the traffic in the eye?
What good is it to me during the trip that album art are displayed to the music from the USB port on your phone?
The biggest annoyance is that the really useful functions such as voice dialing and voice commands do not work.
Unfortunately it happens absolutely nothing.
Even SMS and other messages are contrary to the generous promises made in the product description does not read; of a voice-controlled titles Search to mention.
I own a navigation device from another manufacturer, in which the voice dialing works perfectly, but the Sony MEX-N5000BT it does not even work in conjunction with a Xperia Z1 from the house?

Conclusion:
Who does not need the app gets a good radio with speakerphone,
whoever procures only because the app will be bitterly disappointed.
