The Quick Release Kit includes a Velcro strap with Kunstoffhalter and a Fahhradhalter Forerunner. The whole thing makes perfect sense if you use the Forerunner both for running as well as for cycling. Saves a lot of fumbling, because it's really a matter of seconds to remove the device from the bracelet and to click in the bicycle rack - or vice versa. Holder to make a solid impression and the system is not designed so that they "wear out". If times go the penholder for bracelet broke, do the same for replacement pen. Only the price I find a bit exaggerated, but there is probably no alternative.
