I have this reflective tape used in white, yellow and red to make my various bikes in the darkness more visible. The reflection effect is blameless. Cropping can be the bands simply with the scissors. And the adhesive tape also adheres very well (but I have no long-term experience yet). However, the belt is inherently relatively stiff. The microprisms can now times only with relatively thick films produced. And that's why you can pipe diameters under 30mm not directly paste it. For seatpost and head tube it is enough to the tape prior to processing close to a circular object (for me it was the bicycle pump) wound and fixed for 24 hours. Only then peel and stick the protective film. Keeps! If you want to paste fork or seat stays, you should stick on the tape directly after application with clear tape (scotch tape). Best always wrap around. Keeps knotless with me and does not reduce the reflection effect. If you really rely on to stick the tape directly around tight radii, one should resort to reflective tapes of category I or II. The thinner and thus more flexible. Reflecting not so much good.
