The insurance was and is for us priceless. Our 600 euros more expensive Samsung TV was 6 months out of the normal guarantee, as the unit is adopted with a loud bang. After notification of claim, everything happened very quickly. We received a shipping label for UPS which picked up the device and by appointment. Since we had the old packaging still, we could use them, otherwise we would have provided by the repairer packaging. The equipment has been repaired. We were held at the site of the repairer email and status options to date. After 5 days we had our power back safe and sound at home. Is a pity that no replacement will be provided. So all in all a round and very meaningful thing.
