stable material, well-made, comfortable system for belt mounting (combination of Velcro and press stud)

My Chinese Noname lamp fits in wonderfully, with rubber side and long Velcro is much room for different sizes and still a good grip. Was with me for 2 months for outdoor use and is still like new.
