Good sound bad Micro

The sound of the headphones is quite good, sitting a little too tight for my taste but ok.
The problem arises rather in the lack of benefits of the Micros, the software, and the quick keys.
The micro drops often in strong noise from (software-dependent) and takes primary background noise and are not even vote, but bass-heavy music that is filtered through my normal voice.
The quick test to easily press are relatively poorly housed. I come on it often and mute me without me, a signal is given that I'm mute, or this is the sound off.
The software is not available in real-deficient. Apparently not designed for Windows XP as it looks from the setup and even need to reboot afterwards. Headset once pulled out another USB slot used, calls for uninstalling the software and fresh installations.

The design is nice but that's unfortunately, I personally expect too much and grab it now to a more expensive headset.
