My biggest disappointment was the active noise reduction. In my living room, quiet, I still clearly perceives the sound of my keyboard (while it is chiclet type and therefore not noisy). Similarly, the television on, I managed to understand what people are saying very clearly. Finally, the permanent buzz related to active noise reduction is rather unpleasant.
Is this a bad Bluetooth headset? No, clearly the sound is clean, dynamic and related features (remote control, pause music to the removal of the helmet microphone function) are quite good though anecdotal views. You want to isolate yourself by plane? Forget it, it is not convenient to carry and noise reduction is minimal.
