By cons luckily I had read the advice on the setting of the area to have a normal volume. For indeed, setting out Europe, and listening to a demo songs with the piano, even the bottom one is limit with the supplied headphones! By cons is the inverse of the other reviews, I would not recommend setting it to the USA, because I had a bad situation in the frequencies of the radio. While in choosing 'the world' is good.
Do not worry if you have already selected in the settings there is an option "rebate to zero parameters" that can again choose the language and region (apparently it does not affect the zero date and time setting, and it does not erase the songs).
