In rather large living room (46 m²) are receivers player (PS3, Wii, PC, DVB-S2 Setupbox, ...) and 2 surround Lauttsprecher on one side, next to the couch, on the other to center and the 2 front stereo speakers (and the PS3 cam) back. Video takes the projector on the ceiling, is projected on the white wall. As far as a common installation.
But: The room is also planned for the movement. Judo mats on the floor, Balls & co. can switch back and are buffeted, and so why should not the front speakers protrude (which would break down with the projectiles or worse still a threat to children's heads represent).
Nevertheless, in order to get a good tone in the (thick) wall a gap is milled, and put down the soundbar. Cable must not be laid flush all the way along the wall, but not dramatically.
The current sound bars are partially radio connected only with the front left and right (ie no center, important for the dialogue), or take often the role of the receiver, which prohibits the rear speakers.
This sound bar is perfect for us, though not new to buy. My first purchase as a used item in Amazon: Impeccable. Goods is really like new, not a single track use.
This makes it clear: This soundbar includes 3 speakers that have to be connected as well as tower speaker. Exactly what we were looking for. Our receivers are enough oomph, the soundbar itself sufficient for our purposes. Especially since the subwoofer now his old colleagues (Onkyo) strengthened.
Any time ;-)
