The cuff is perfectly suited to the size of Galaxy S3 mini. We slip it inside, plug the headset into the hole, the cuff is threaded, it serves everything and closes with Velcro.
There seems to be two ways to do the loop with the headband cuff. In the absence of instructions, not sure I understood everything but in any case it holds very well, the coating on the inside face of the headband is like a "grip" that hangs very well the arm or T-shirt.
After several outputs running and even a soccer output, very satisfied.
Only flat, the transparent face does not fit perfectly on the screen, but this does not prevent manipulation of the smartphone.
