Did the (favorable) Sun visor for my new EOS 1100 purchased and am very satisfied because:

1. The panel fits very well and easily, twist as desired
2. The cover fits well into the aperture
3. The cover is secured with a safety strap to prevent it falling / loss and fit even without iris on the lens (D 58mm)

The original cover is superfluous and has no eh backup tape and would make sure lost.
