Telekom Sinus A206 Duo - analog cordless phone with answering machine and additional handset, 20 min retention time AB, graphic display - black with silver (Electronics)
The selection of phones for fixed lines - as opposed to mobile phones - is manageable. The choice fell on the Telekom Sinus A206 Duo. Here old phones had to be replaced on an ISDN system. The connection to the AB connection was seamless. The handset fits comfortably in the hand and is well made. The display is easy to read. The tactile feedback of the keys and the key tone is good. The menus on the handset can be understood without a manual. You can set an alarm clock on the handset. At the base you can create a memo, which is then at the base announced (with speakers!) To the entered date (once, daily). The have not even other (much more expensive) ISDN AB !!! Internal calls are possible instant. Is there a new message (s) in the AB, the display flashes (number is displayed), and on the handsets flashes discreetly the Menu button at the bottom right. One can listen to the message (s) on the handset !!! The AB is connected at the factory so that's a OGM possible after a pre-announcement (female, was left here so because quite professional). The (not good) ringtones can be set separately for internal and external. Here the law pleasant T-Mobile Jingle is set (the others are annoying). The ring tone on the base is set to silent. It thus ringing the two handsets. The quality of speaking and listening is excellent (internal, external) on the handset, speakerphone, and on the AB. The supplied batteries load quickly (about 1 time after 5 hours fully). The standby time has yet to be tested (The battery performance increases with repeated loading at the beginning.).
The manual you can download from the Internet and see what (many) other functions are available (SMS, baby call, three-way calling, etc pp).
It Wurd chosen the duo, because it compared to "Mono" includes two handsets (only slightly more expensive, internal calls free). The AB was desired here mandatory. A useful extra service, which perhaps everyone (analog, ISDN) to should increase. For this price and for this good (or very good ^^) quality and functionality an absolute buy recommendation.
Devices constellation here: older ISDN system - Telekom Sinus A206 Duo connected as AB - ISDN phone Gigaset CX610 ISDN for all ISDN features - All handsets ring at external - Ring for 10 times to turn on the AB
A pure ISDN solution would have been much more expensive!
