1. Design compared to the UX31:
The laptop does not look quite as chic as the UX31, but it's still a very schöns Ultrabook
2. SSD
The SSD hard drive provides similar strong values, such as ADATA SSD in UX31. In Windows Performance Index, it has the value 7.6.
From the feeling it's a huge difference to a SanDisk SSD or HDD disk.
3. Keyboard
The keyboard is very comfortable to write. However, is omitted from time to time a letter with fast writing.
4. Touchpad
Here is the first minus point for me. Normal scrolling was mediocre at the beginning and the 2-finger scrolling was not working. After drivers and BIOS update, we went to activate, but it only worked sporadically (so it was not usable).
I have found by an external program called TwoFingerScroll help. Now it works great.
5. Sound and microphone
The sound is rather mittelmäßg.
According to Skype partners the microphone is not on Agend, but sufficient.
In conclusion, I must say that I am very satisfied with the U36 until now. If no major defects occur in the next few weeks I'm going to keep this as well. Since there is the 30-day return policy on Amazon I would recommend anyone to buy the Ultrabook.
The minus point is composed of the Touchpadproblemen, and the mediocre sound together.
